A 30+ years Intrapreneur career with experience covering a wide range of areas within the mining industry including targeting, exploration, operation, business consultant and financial aspects. He has developed natural resources projects in gold, copper, lithium, rare-earth elements, industrial minerals, frac sands among others across South America creating significant value for shareholders and stakeholders.

Before founding ENNSIGHT, Sergio held Director, C-Suite and managing roles across a portfolio of both listed and private companies such as YPF, VALE, IAMGOLD, BHP Billiton and ANGLO AMERICAN. He set up new business units and has overseen joint ventures, strategic partnerships and structured off-take agreements by identifying risks, market trends and overall developments in the industry, and recommending courses of action.

DEVAUX
BSc (Hons) Geology, Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and Competent Person registered in the CCRR. Claudio has 35 years of extensive experience in all mining exploration roles, from grassroot exploration through to resource definition drilling and project development. Skilled in leading complex multi-stakeholder projects through planning, execution and delivery, coupled with a strong focus on enhancing shareholder value.

Claudio has held principal roles in major mining companies including Anglo American, BHP Billiton, Yamana Gold and AngloGold Ashanti, most recently as Geology Manager at Gramalote Project, Colombia.
He has participated in gold and copper discoveries throughout South America and was a key member of the team that discovered the Agua Rica deposit in Argentina, a world-class porphyry Cu-Au deposit with reserves of 4,5Mt Cu and 6.5Moz Au.
